Our Community-Based Support services provide direct support and assistance to participants, with or without the caregiver present, in or out of the participant's residence.
Community Inclusion Services
Our community Inclusion Services are provided outside of a participant’s home are meant support and assist participants in educational, enrichment or recreational activities.
Individual Supports (CCP, 15 Min & Daily)
Our Individual Supports services provide direct support and assistance to participants, with or without the caregiver present.
Interpreter Services
Our Interpreter Service is delivered to a participant face-to-face to support them in integrating more fully with community-based activities or employment.
